Our Care

We care for kids from their first days through young adulthood, the healthy checkups and the stuff we worry about in between. You’ll visit us for newborn care, well-child visits, same-day sick visits, vaccinations, developmental and behavioral support, and vision and hearing screenings.

And we’re here for you, their parent, with guidance on growth, nutrition, safety, sleep, and the questions that pop up or keep you up at night. The goal is to care for your child now and work together to set them up for a healthy future.

Kids come first here, always. We love this work, and we hope it shows.

Well-Child Exams

Regular well-child visits are a key part of keeping your child healthy. These exams help us check growth, development, and overall well-being at every stage. We’ll talk about nutrition, sleep, behavior, and age-specific topics like potty training, dental care, school readiness, and safety. These visits also give us a chance to catch potential concerns early, or prevent them altogether, so your child stays on a healthy path.

Same-Day Sick Visits

Kids get sick. It happens fast, and often without warning. That’s why we set aside time each day for same-day sick visits. If your child isn’t feeling well, just give us a call. We’ll do our best to see you that same day and help your child feel better sooner.

Older Kids & Teens

The teen years sneak up on us, and we’re left to figure out quickly when to hold the line and when to just listen. You don’t have to call it perfectly, and you don’t have to do it alone.

What Families Say

“My family and I always have a great experience at Keānuenue Pediatrics. Dr. Waipa and crew set the gold standard, and we are so grateful our kids are under their care. My boys are a part of the older kid crew now (ages 15 and 12) so when parents to be ask me who their peds should be, I always say Keānuenue!”
