About Us
Aloha. Every parent’s journey begins with love, and that’s where we begin too. We welcome each family with warmth, respect, and an open heart. We listen without judgment, meet you where you are, and care for your child the way we would our own.
Our Mission
We believe children are the future, and the future gets built one interaction at a time.
Every visit is a chance to help a child grow into someone empowered, responsible, respectful, resilient, and resourceful, and to back the parents doing the daily work of raising them.
Raise this generation well, and a brighter, stronger world follows. That’s why we do what we do.
What We Stand For
Five values run everything we do, from your first phone call to the front desk to the exam room.
We raise confident parents.
No one knows your child the way you do (yes, even on the days you feel like you’re winging it). Our job is to help you believe it, so you walk out steadier in your own gut than when you came in. The goal is never for you to need us for everything. It’s for you to trust yourself.
We fight for kids.
When something isn’t right for your kid, we don’t shrug and move on. We make the calls, appeal the denial, and push the referral through, even when the insurance company would rather we let it go. Your keiki doesn’t lose because the system is tired.
We follow through.
We remember what you mentioned last visit and ask how it turned out. We check that the specialist saw your kid and sent us a recap, not just that we sent the referral over. For what matters, we see it all the way through.
We hold the bar.
Medicine changes fast, and we stay on top of it, because the care that was standard a few years ago isn’t always what’s best for your kid today. You get the level of care and attention we’d expect for our own, nothing less.
Aloha at every step.
From the prenatal meet-and-greet to the goodbye visit at 21, you’re ours to care for. That’s two decades of your kid’s life, and we don’t take a single visit for granted.
Our Approach
No child grows up in a vacuum. We pay attention to the whole picture, because you can’t strengthen a child you only half see.
Mind, naʻauao
How your child is thinking, learning, and growing, and the milestones along the way
Body, ola kino
Physical health, nutrition, movement, sleep, and play, the rhythms that keep them strong
Spirit, mana
Emotional well-being, how your child feels, sees themselves, and builds confidence and resilience
Family, ʻohana
Children thrive when their families do, so we talk about routines, boundaries, and the everyday work of raising keiki
Community, lōkahi
How your child connects with friends, teachers, mentors, coaches, and the wider community that shapes them

We’re a warm, patient-focused practice set on doing right by the kids and families we serve. To apply for an open role, send your CV to aloha@keanuenuepediatrics.com.
Pediatric Medical Assistant
We take care of keiki from newborns through their young adults, and we're looking for a Medical Assistant who wants to be part of that rewarding work.
Here's what the day looks like: rooming patients, and taking accurate vitals and histories so the doctor walks in ready. Administering vaccines and running in-house labs to protocol. Assisting with minor procedures like wound care, ear cleaning, and suture removal. Documenting cleanly in the EMR, ordering prescription medications, and providing accurate school forms and excuse notes. Keeping exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready, and helping families who message or call.
We're a vaccinating practice, we run on trust with the families we see, and we hold a high bar, especially on the days we're three patients behind. We make sure there's still aloha at every step. The MA who does well here jumps in before being asked and treats every kid like their own.
What you bring:
- MA training or certification (CMA or RMA preferred)
- Comfort with vitals, vaccine administration, specimen collection, and assisting minor procedures
- Solid EMR skills and documentation accuracy
- Clear, warm communication with patients and families, and a real commitment to confidentiality
Pediatric experience is a plus, and so is familiarity with electronic medical records. But we'll take the right attitude over a longer resume every time: someone coachable, warm, hard-working, and quick on their feet.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Email us anytime at aloha@keanuenuepediatrics.com, or fill out your application here.
